After earning a Master’s degree in International Business Administration at the University of Vienna, Johannes has gained more than ten years of consulting experience. He worked in the interim management and post-merger integration at Capgemini / OMV Petrom, as well as at KPMG, focusing on mid-cap M&A and renewable energy projects (hydro, wind and solar). Johannes is the founder of commuto, a service provider in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency with international experience.

Wolfgang MaurerWOLFGANG MAURER

Wolfgang has unique experience in business development in emerging markets. He has a Master’s degree in International Business Development from the University of Applied Sciences Krems and now is a co-founder and managing partner at ARACON, a business development and M&A advisory firm. Wolfgang has a strong industry expertise, particularly in renewable energy, clean technology and the mining sector in the Middle East and China.

Alexander SchwartzDR. ALEXANDER SCHWARTZ

Alexander has more than ten years of consulting experience, of which 8 years with McKinsey & Company with a focus on business strategy, M&A and business development. He holds a PhD in Chemistry and was visiting researcher at ETH Zürich and a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University. Alexander is currently managing partner at ARACON and research scholar at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA).

Patrick EtzPATRICK ETZ

Patrick holds a Master’s degree in International Business Development from the University of Applied Sciences Krems and is now managing partner at ARACON, a business development and M&A advisory firm. Patrick has strong experience in cross-country business architecture and multi-cultural management.

Bijan KhajepourDR. BIJAN KHAJEHPOUR

Dr. Bijan Khajehpour is a co-founder and managing partner at Atieh International, the Vienna based international arm of the Atieh Group of Companies, a group of strategic consulting firms based in Tehran, Iran. He has a strategic outlook in his consulting work and provides a macro-environmental view to investing in new markets as well as negotiation and meditation. He has commented on political and economic developments of Iran and contributed to international conferences, reviews and US-publications. Bijan completed his graduate studies in management and economy in Germany and the UK and his Doctorate of Business Administration at the International School of Management in Paris.
